Retainer
A retainer is a specified number of hours a month (min 16 hours). It guarantees my time and allows you to easily keep on top of what you are spending.
I track my time rounding up or down to the nearest 15 minutes and update you when I am nearing the limit for that month.

Do The Damn Thing Day
A VIP day, perfect for getting that thing done you just never get to e.g. research, social media planning, transcription, organisation (database, emails, drive), website audit and link testing or proofreading etc.
Includes a call ahead of time to discuss the scope, and handover if afterwards.

I will charge a fixed price for a project. During our consultation call, we’ll assess what is required for the project and how long it will take so I can price it appropriately.

All of these packages come with a free 30 minute discovery call (except for my Power Hours which come with a free 15 minute discovery call).
By hiring me as a freelance VA, you don’t have to pay for equipment, office space, tax and NI, holiday pay, sick pay, pension etc.

Yes I’m UK-based and work primarily during UK business hours. I’m available for meetings Monday to Thursday. That said, there is always a little bit of flex where necessary, providing it’s been pre-agreed.

For retainers, I recommend a minimum of 12-16 hours a month as it’s very difficult to get inside a business for less than that.
Power Hours and Do The Damn Thing Days are one-off bookings and don’t require ongoing agreements.

Yes all support options come with a free discovery call (30 minutes for most packages, 15 minutes with a Power Hour). This helps us make sure the support you choose will actually help you move forward.

I mostly work with small business owners - coaches, consultants, creatives, service providers and founders who feel overwhelmed by tasks that stop them moving forward.
