Retainer
A retainer is a specified number of hours a month (min 16 hours). It guarantees my time and allows you to easily keep on top of what you are spending.
I track my time rounding up or down to the nearest 15 minutes and update you when I am nearing the limit for that month.

Business MOT
You've got a head full of ideas and no clear plan to act on them.
A 3-hour session designed to change that. We get everything out of your head, work through what actually matters, and build a clear plan for what to prioritise and what needs to be in place to execute.
You'll walk away with a written plan you can act on straight away.

Projects
I will charge a fixed price for a project. During our consultation call, we’ll assess what is required for the project and how long it will take so I can price it appropriately.

Got a muddle in your business? I’ve got an hour for that.
A focused 60-minute session designed to help you untangle a specific business problem to leave you with more clarity, a plan of action and that '“YES, that’s it!” feeling.

All of these packages come with a free 30 minute discovery call (except for my Power Hours which come with a free 15 minute discovery call).
By hiring me as a freelance VA, you don’t have to pay for equipment, office space, tax and NI, holiday pay, sick pay, pension etc.

That’s very normal and is one of the main reasons people come to me. You don’t need it perfectly outlined and we can discuss it on a discovery call. Yes I’m UK-based and work primarily during UK business hours. I’m available for meetings Monday to Thursday. That said, there is always a little bit of flex where necessary, providing it’s been pre-agreed.

I don’t just tick things off a list. I help you think, prioritise, and move forward, not just stay busy. Clients often tell me the biggest value is the clarity and calm they feel alongside getting things done. Think of me as your second brain.

For retainers, I recommend a minimum of 12-16 hours a month as it’s very difficult to get inside a business for less than that.
Power Hours and Do The Damn Thing Days are one-off bookings and don’t require ongoing agreements.

Yes all support options come with a free discovery call (30 minutes for most packages, 15 minutes with a Power Hour). This helps us make sure the support you choose will actually help you move forward.

I mostly work with small business owners - coaches, consultants, creatives, service providers and founders who feel overwhelmed by tasks that stop them moving forward. I work with a range of industries but if you’re in finance or legal, then I recommend finding a VA with experience in those industries.
